We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong writing skills, a collaborative approach, ideally with an established network of journalists and industry contacts in the North, and experience of advising clients from the real estate sector on strategic communications.

Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

The role

Working for high-profile clients in sectors including housing, energy and infrastructure, and working on major regeneration schemes and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, you will be helping clients to understand the communications, political and planning landscape in which they operate.

As part of a team providing integrated communications advice, you will also be supporting clients on broader communications requirements including media relations.

Working for a top 30 global communications group and having close interaction with the wider team in the UK and beyond, you will have the potential opportunity to broaden your skillset and be involved in providing advice to clients across our various specialisms from public affairs and stakeholder engagement to corporate, financial and consumer communications.

The candidate

With a primary focus on housing, development and infrastructure, it would be an advantage to know your way around local / national media and / or politics, probably with at least three years’ work experience in the media, property or communications sectors.

You will have a grasp of strategic communications, with media relations experience and very strong writing skills.
