Clotilde has advised across a number of corporate and financial communications issues, including corporate profile raising, reputation management and crisis communications for over 15 years.

She has a strong track record advising clients on a wide range of financial situations from traditional calendar management to more complex transactions including, M&A deals, shareholder activism, fundraisings, IPOs or defense takeovers. Clotilde is a specialist in the consumer and retail sectors and leads SEC Newgate's Consumer Industries practice.

Clotilde graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies with a degree in Japanese and Management, and speaks French and Japanese.
