Our business is centred around respect for our clients and colleagues, the communities we work with and the planet we live on.
We are committed to being net zero by 2030. We track and measure our carbon footprint and have a plan and policies in place to drive sustainability, ‘green’ behaviours and purchasing decisions through our business.
Ambition ‘28
Ambition '28 is our high-ambition impact programme that drives positive social and environmental impact through our operations.
Our Ambition '28 programme includes the following pledges and goals:
- Maintain our legal status as a Benefit Corporation and be a supportive member of the Better Business Act coalition
- Maintain our current emissions status of net zero on scope 1-2 emissions
- Develop a SBTi aligned Scope 3 net zero plan to 2050 with independent advisors
- Maintain Sunday Times Best Places to Work (which we have held since 2023) including our commitments to DEI
- Meet the goals of being a 55 Redefined Age Inclusive Employer
- Develop an annual impact report outlining our goals and achievements on an annual basis
- Continue to drive proactive impact programmes through our social impact, ethics and environment committees
- Live our core value of Respect through our interaction with our people, clients, suppliers and communities
