Join us at UKREiiF for the launch of the National Planning Barometer 2026 and a panel discussion on reform, delivery and the realities facing newly configured councils.

Published at a moment of significant political change across local government, the 2026 National Planning Barometer provides a timely snapshot of how councillors see planning reform in practice. The findings suggest reforms are beginning to affect consent rates, but that delivery challenges are becoming increasingly central to the housing debate.
