Ambika specialises in Financial Services and extends her expertise across the broader business at SEC Newgate UK.

She has supported a diverse portfolio of clients, including some of the world’s largest global asset managers, assisting them with corporate, financial, and sustainability communications. Her experience spans advising major UK technology firms and handling significant transactions including IPOs and M&A.

She has also advised a range of clients on their on their crisis preparedness, management and recovery communications, working closely with legal counsel to help clients manage litigation and legal risk scenarios.

Ambika completed her Master’s postgraduate from the University of Oxford, following her graduation from the University of Birmingham and the National University of Singapore in Politics and International Relations.
