Justine McGuinn is an account director based in the Manchester office of SEC Newgate UK supporting the growth of its Northern regional client base. With a background in marketing and public relations, Justine joined the planning and engagement team in 2026 after 17 years of running her own specialist-built environment PR and marketing consultancy, Just PR & Marketing.
With an enviable reputation in the built environment sector in the North of England, Justine has acted for public and private sector organisations and acquired a particular specialism in navigating complex messaging where they are working in partnership on long term placemaking projects.
Justine has worked with the Northwest Regional Development Agency, represented the cities of Manchester and Liverpool at MIPIM, the international real estate exhibition, local authorities including Oldham, Rochdale, Wakefield and Leicester. She has also acted for developers including Genr8, Amstone, Peel Holdings, Capital & Centric and Henry Boot, as well as representing a wide range of consultants with their corporate profile including architects Aedas and Broadway Malyan, and supported consultants including CBRE, Civic Engineers, Shoosmiths and end users including Tesco and Flexiss Group / SureStore.
Justine started her career in property working for Amec (now Muse) Developments running the national marketing function promoting schemes including Cheadle Royal, Walkergate in Durham, Newcastle Quayside and Ashton Moss. She also worked for an international PR agency in Manchester for six years before setting up independently.
