Kate joined the People and Culture team as a HR Coordinator in October 2024.

Prior to joining SEC Newgate, she gained valuable admin experience working for a local authority for 15 years and completed her CIPD level 3 certificate in 2021.

Outside of work Kate enjoys health and wellbeing, travelling and seeing live music.
