Meghna is an Employee Relations Officer at SEC Newgate, where she supports the business in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (CIPD Accredited) and has experience across a broad range of HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, training, and employee engagement. She enjoys the people-focused side of HR and is particularly interested in helping to create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
Outside of work, Meghna is a keen sports enthusiast with a particular interest in basketball and cricket. She also enjoys kickboxing, going to the gym, taking part in outdoor sports and occasional game of bowling.
