Canary Wharf Group, the largest sustainable developer in the UK, has appointed SEC Newgate UK to provide strategic communications for its residential property portfolio, including the award-winning One Park Drive and iconic BTR asset Newfoundland.
Spanning both Residential Sales and Vertus (Canary Wharf Group’s residential leasing and operating arm), SEC Newgate will be tasked with the residential positioning of Wood Wharf – a new 23-acre neighbourhood within the wider Estate.
The communications campaign will seek to change perceptions of the Estate as a purely commercial district, incorporating brand partnerships, video and digital content creation, and a UK and international media relations campaign.
