Ben delivers purpose-led communications that protect reputations, improve perceptions, and change behaviours. He develops and executes strategic communications campaigns across media relations, digital content, and stakeholder & employee engagement.

Specialising in advising clients on how to communicate social sustainability, Ben works primarily with organisations in the built environment – including residential and commercial property developers, investors, consultants, proptech firms, and industry bodies – on building their reputation in the UK and Europe. Clients include Allsop, Barings, Cain International, Fusion Group, Trammell Crow Company and Tri7.

Recent campaigns include supporting the UK Green Building Council establish its policy asks ahead of the 2024 general election, advising on the launch of a new ESG-focused real estate business, and developing the communications strategy to reposition an established global private equity investor.

Before joining SEC Newgate, Ben held a number of in-house and agency roles in the housing, education and health sectors, working with and in organisations including a housing association, NHS England, the Department for Education, and Mental Health First Aid England.
