WHAT DID WE DO
With a new direction for the business and ambitious plans for growth into new markets, SEC Newgate was appointed by leading interior design studio, Morpheus & Co., to increase brand awareness and understanding of its revised offering.
SEC Newgate devised a multi-faceted communications strategy that aimed to build understanding of the evolution of the company and strengthen its value proposition, with a focus on the hospitality and boutique residential sectors – both key target areas for the company’s growth plans.
A proactive press office, centred on thought leadership, commentary and appointment announcements, was designed to position Morpheus & Co. as leaders within the interior design industry. This was supported by select speaker and event opportunities to build the company’s network and profile.
Targeting the property and design trades, both in the hospitality and residential sectors, SEC Newgate placed a series of thought leadership pieces that spoke to Morpheus & Co.’s key points of difference, including sustainability and ethical design and the benefits of a design partnership in development. In addition, a series of news announcements ensured a regular news flow that provided tangible proof points for the company’s rapid expansion.
Raising wider awareness of Morpheus & Co. within the design sector, in October 2022 SEC Newgate also secured a speaker opportunity at Decorex, one of the industry’s most prestigious events, which positioned the team at the forefront of the sphere.
In addition, a bespoke partnership with leading property magazine, Abode2 – encompassing a co-hosted event and series of editorial and social content – created further opportunity for engagement with a pre-qualified audience of key decision makers in the luxury hospitality and residential space.
