Fraser advises clients in a range of sectors including financial, legal and professional services.
Before joining, Fraser was Special Adviser to Sir David Lidington between 2016 and 2019 working in the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Justice and Office of the Leader of the House of Commons.
He was responsible for a range of constitutional, parliamentary and political issues, including the Union and devolution, electoral policy and cross-government working. He previously worked across all justice policy areas and the management of the Government’s legislative programme in his former roles.
Fraser began his career working for a senior Conservative MP and Minister in 2010, working on a range of national and international policy issues, and has been involved in a number of local and national election campaigns.
My proudest moment? Sitting in the officials' box for PMQs for the first time. There's nothing quite like it.
