Fraser is a public affairs specialist and former government adviser, providing political analysis and advice to clients in a range of sectors, including financial and professional services.

He advises businesses seeking to navigate and respond to policy challenges and opportunities in several highly regulated sectors, such as venture capital trusts, small and mid-cap investment banking, outsourcing and logistics.

Fraser served as a Special Adviser to the de facto Deputy Prime Minister, Justice Secretary and Leader of the House of Commons between 2016-2019. Across his work in the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Justice provided political support on a range of policy issues, including on constitutional, devolution, justice, and legislative policy.
