Jamie is an experienced communications consultant planning and implementing programs across corporate, financial and political audiences. He advises firms across the technology, fintech and financial services sectors.
Over his time at SEC Newgate, Jamie has worked with Tide, Hovis, AXA Insurance, Temenos and London Technology Club. Jamie has also played a leading role in raising the profile of campaigns such as the St Paul’s “Remember Me” and Chloe McCardel’s record breaking channel swim. In addition, he has also worked on many high-level transactions such as Simon Cowell’s buyout of Sony Entertainment.
Outside of work Jamie has gained valuable experience working in the press office of a number of political campaigns including Rory Stewart’s London Mayoral campaign.
Jamie joined after graduating with a degree in History from the University of Durham after a successful internship. Prior to joining SEC Newgate, Jamie gained corporate marketing experience following two internships at a leading multi-disciplinary recruitment firm.
Proudest moment? Setting up a TV channel at University, and interviewing Jeremy Vine for its launch.
