Jermaine joined SEC Newgate's Advocacy Local team in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
He works across a diverse portfolio of clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising on advocacy strategies, planning communications and stakeholder engagement programmes. His experience spans major infrastructure projects including solar developments and data centres, helping clients navigate complex political environments.
Jermaine has delivered both local planning campaigns and national initiatives, including behavioural change programmes for government and public sector organisations. Prior to joining SEC Newgate, Jermaine worked with a range of public sector organisations, including the Department for Education and Network Rail.
He holds a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, specialising in public policy and media sociology.
