Bob leads the Public Companies & IPOs advisory service at SEC Newgate. He has worked in the City for over 25 years, starting at HSBC before spending nine years at stockbroker Teather & Greenwood, as an equity analyst.

Since this time, he has worked variously as a corporate broker and financial communications consultant, where he has typically focused on technology, financial and investment companies. Specialising in analyst and investor relations, Bob has provided senior level advice to numerous companies on their communications and guided them through a variety of transactions including award-winning IPOs, fundraisings and acquisitions.

Bob holds a degree in Computing & Information Systems.
