Emily is a senior communications advisor with experience working with stakeholders and engaging with the community to develop renewable energy and circular economy projects.

As part of the Local Advocacy team, she works with clients to develop effective engagement strategies and deliver meaningful consultations. She has worked on a variety of renewable energy projects located across the country, with a focus on solar development, both at the national level and local level.

Prior to her career in communications, Emily gained more than a decade of experience in the American political system as a political advisor in the U.S. Senate and White House Executive Office of the President, where she gained a track record in advising high-level political members and managing high-profile, controversial projects.

She has two masters degrees in Public Policy and Environmental Management from Duke University in the U.S., and a bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College.
