Sabine joined SEC Newgate (formerly Newington) in 2020 after several years working for an agency as a political and public affairs consultant covering intelligence, PR and reputation management.
Over the years, she analysed and provided advice on Brexit and parliamentary processes but also led integrated campaigns.
A PRINCE2 accredited and experienced client and project manager, she advises organisations across the Energy, Environment, Health, Transport and Infrastructure sectors for clients such as Morocco Foodex, OPRL, and the Energy Networks Association. She also works on SEC Newgate's flagship FMCG clients and is part of the Trade team. Sabine is also a member of the PRCA's NextGen Public Affairs Committee, representing those in the first ten years of their public affairs career.
In the past, Sabine worked at Dods UK Monitoring as the Home Affairs and Justice sector expert which followed her role leading on Stakeholder engagement at criminal justice charity Restorative Justice Council (RJC). Earlier in her career, she was Head of Marketing and Communications at the Faculty of Education for top ten teacher training University Canterbury Christ Church.
She has an MA in International Relations and European Studies and previously worked and studied in Brussels (EU local PermRep), Bordeaux (Sciences Po) and Bremen (Uni Bremen, Germany).
My proudest moment… Was working for the Restorative Justice Council for 18 months, supporting their mission and helping raise over £80K in grant funding to support their vital work with victims of crime and prisoners who want to make amends and stop reoffending.
