Tom specialises in advising clients on how to navigate the parliamentary process and engage with policy makers. He has extensive policy experience that stretches across a wide range of areas including transport, education, defence and international affairs, and the environment and rural affairs.
At SEC Newgate Tom is advising clients across a range of sectors including the UK Equity Markets Association (UKEMA), Beef+Lamb New Zealand, the On-Pack-Recycling-Label (OPRL), ERG SpA, and Openreach. He also works with a number of clients in Wales to help bridge the gap between the two ends of the M4 and engage with politicians in Westminster and Cardiff Bay.
Tom joined SEC Newgate having spent a number of years working within Parliament for Conservative MPs and Ministers. As part of this he provided advice on policy, legislation and Parliamentary procedure as well supporting engagement with industry stakeholders.
